How it works....


Mobile Bar and Bartender Pricing


Pricing is based on the type of bar service and your total # guests.
Our standard pricing is based on one bartender for "about" every 100 people.
Over a 100 people requires additional staff, therefore pricing may vary.
(Please inquire for detailed pricing and specifics to your event.)
Our Bartenders and Staff work really hard to make sure your service is #1 for your event.
Therefor an automatic gratuity is included in your total quote.


On "average" rates are $50.00 per hour, per bartender with a minimum of 2 hours.

​(Please note, the "average" rate does not include mobile bar, travel fee, supplies, etc.)

All of our bartenders are professional, licensed and insured.




Candy Buffets- S'mores Bar- Food Buffets- Cotton Candy


Pricing is based on your total guest count and is per person. On average, buffets run around $5 per person, (with a minimum) 

In most cases, package deals may be done with more than one type of buffet.

If you have any questions or would like to mix and match , please contact us and we will definitely make something work!

Quotes and rates given are based on events within (around) 15 miles from PDX.

Please inquire about our reasonable pricing if you are outside the area.

                                              

We accept Cash, Money Order, Visa, Check (for deposit only), MasterCard, Discover,

PayPal, The Venmo App or American Express.
A 3.5%  surcharge fee will be added to total price for credit card payments.

Please note: If an event is booked with less than 30 days notice, immediate  credit card or PayPal payment is required and the CC fee will automatically apply.

WA sales tax will be added at time of payment for events in Washington. 

Oregon residents are tax exempt



All Services require a 50% deposit upon booking to secure your event date.

​Your deposit is applied to your total cost and

 is used as a "retainer" fee to secure your event date and time. 

A Refundable deposit is required for candy buffets, s'more's bars, glassware, table/chair rentals, etc.


 Remaining balances are due 2 weeks prior to event, unless other arrangements have been made.
Last minute bookings or bookings made within 30 days of event require payment in full.
 Re-scheduled events may be charged a "convenience fee" and are subject to availability.


Credit will be given for events that are cancelled and paid in full.

A "convenience fee" may be charged and re-scheduling is subject to availability.

Events cancelled within 2 weeks of event date are non-refundable. In these rare cases, a final decision may be made by

24creations, depending on circumstances, as to if any credit will be given.


All events booked are rain or shine. Covered area must be provided for mobile bar
and candy/food buffet tables when weather permits.


Cancelled events must be done in writing, via e-mail

We do understand that things do happen, and sometimes life changes. If that is the case, let us know.
We are very happy to work with you and put your credit somewhere else, minus a cancellation or "convenience fee."





Extras


We are happy to get any extras that you may desire for your special event.
(extra charges may apply)

 A detailed shopping list is included for your customized drink menu.


Please inquire for specifics and add on pricing to your event INCLUDING:
Extra hours- (All packages are based on 4 hours of serving time)
Floor cocktail server(s) or Candy buffet attendant

Discounts for using both mobile bar service and candy buffet (creations by SHELL) are available.
 
Candy Buffet Baggies and Candy Upgrades wanted for Candy Buffet may be subject to a service up-charge.


We do not charge for set up time or garnishment prep. These are included in your pricing.

Also we do not charge a corking fee, as it will be included in your total price quote 


Running water and/or access to running water must be provided for the bar,
or within 100 feet (actual distance may vary, but should be accessible or nearby)


If your venue currently holds a liquor license, please inquire with them first.
Some venues must provide there own employees to do a service bar with wine, beer or spirits.

Policies and  Contract Agreement Information




Is 24creations LLC. licensed and insured?


24creations is a licensed and insured Limited Liability Company.

We are licensed for business within Washington and Oregon state.

 We have our OLCCB and WSLLCB liquor permits, general liability and liquor liability Insurance.

Liquor liability insurance is required by most venues and is included in your quoted price. 

(Additional Liability or Event insurance may be purchased by the HOST to secure host liability.)



How many bartenders will I need for my event?


We typically one bartender and one bar-back per 100 people so that your guests are served quickly and efficiently.

A second will be added based on service bar provided and will be added into your price quote. 





How do I reserve my event date with 24creations?


A 50% non-refundable cash deposit (retaining fee), is required at the time of booking and contract signing.

Your deposit/retainer will be applied to your final balance. The deposit must be paid within

7 days of booking and may be paid via paypal, credit card, cash, money order, or check.




What locations do you provide your services?


We service the greater Vancouver Washington and Portland Oregon area at no extra charge
.(10 mile radias from PDX)

We will travel up to 300 miles (give or take) for an event, but do charge a "travel fee". 

​ "Travel fees" are individually based and include drive time to and from event location. 




Who will provide the alcohol?


In most cases, the customer provides the alcohol.
24creations will assist by providing a recommended shopping list for beverages that you choose to serve.

We provide all mixers and such stated with bar packages, specialty drinks and cocktails.

​(Cash bars include spirits, beer and or wine, and are available in OREGON state only)





Who is responsible for making sure that the guests do not have too much to drink?


Our bartenders are experienced and trained in alcohol awareness. However, the host of the event is ultimately

responsiblefor all invited guests and their actions.  24creations does have the right to refuse service to any

guest(s) whom behavior may be out of control  and/or appear to be overly intoxicated, per our judgment.  In addition,

24creations reserves the right to ID guests if needed. In most cases, alcohol service will stop 30 minutes prior to state law

requirements, to ensure the safety of you and your guests.  

(Event insurance is available)




How does the Candy and Food buffets work?


A little bit before the scheduled time, we will arrive and set up.

We bring everything

(unless there is something else specified that comes from you such as a certain decorations and such)

...table, décor, linens, candy, etc.

We set everything up, give instructions if needed for buffet, and then we leave.

After your event, (usually 4-6 hours later or sometimes next day depending on location) we come, pack it up and go on our way!

It's as simple as that! 


If you do prefer to have us there to help your buffet, we can do that too, for an additional fee.




Deposits and Final Payments?


Your initial quote for any service does not include the deposit for glassware, equipment, etc. unless stated.

 Deposits are required for events and held as a " retainer fee".  

Deposits are non refundable due to the nature of our business. Once an event is booked,  the date becomes blocked out

(and other potential clients are turned away),  time is invested and items specifically for your event are ordered.

If an event date or time is changed, a convenience fee will be added to the final total. 


​Some deposits may vary, and refundable glassware and equipment deposits will be returned accordingly,

within 2 weeks from the event date.

Final payments will be due 2 weeks prior to the event and a courtesy call will be made for payment arrangements.





How do the selections work for the buffets and specialty drinks?

Generally, we will select the items for the buffets and go over your likes and dislikes in our consultation.
If you would like a specific candy, snack or candy type, we definitely can do that too.  If you are looking
 to have a specific color candy, we offer that as well, but an additional fee will be added as
solid color candy is more expensive. 
(We have never had a buffet with the exact same items twice...that would just be boring for us! )

As for specialty cocktails and drinks, we will offer you choices based on your likes and
dislikes or create something special for your event



Can I do more than 1 service or buffet for my event?

Absolutely! We'll even give you a discount!
Many events have had more than one of our services. It actually is less hassle for you.
We would be happy to custom make a package for your event and mix things up. Or if you want to order some of your
favorite desserts yourself, we can display them using our décor and mix them into our buffet accordingly. 
 It's what we love to do!



Can you do a champagne toast with your bar service?

Of course!  We do charge a small additional fee, depending on guest count and just like the
bar service, alcohol is not included.
(Champagne glasses not included, but are available for rent at a discount price)



Which forms of payments are accepted?


We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, money orders, checks, and cash.  

(Credit cards will be imposed a 3.5% fee)

​We also accept PayPal and the Venmo app

Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the start of the event.  

​Cash bars may pay service fees and deposits in any form but do require a credit card on file.

(If more time is requested and available, Events or services that are contracted for a specific times

and/or hourly will be double of hourly rate or a set base rate for extra services. Payment will be required on site. )




Is gratuity included in your fees?


Tips are customary in the bartending business and we feel most guest come to enjoy themselves and

do not want to worry about tipping. Therefore, gratuity Is added into your total for bar services. (some cases may very)
Additional tipping is always accepted and appreciated.
